Priyadarshan,
the
hitmaker
of
Indian
Cinema,
wrapped
up
the
filming
for
his
upcoming
movie
Aamayum
Muyalum
in
Karaikudi.
The
movie,
which
is
said
to
be
an
out-and-out
comedy
entertainer,
will
have
Jayasurya
and
Piaa
Bajpai
in
lead
roles.
Another
interesting
fact
is,

his
debut
as

lyricist
with
Aamayum
Muyalum.
The
director
penned
the
lyrics
for
a
rhythmic
folk

Kaakkakarumban.
The
film
will
have
four
songs,
composed
by
Priyadarshan's
best
pal
singer-composer
M
G
Sreekumar.
Aamyum
Muyalum
is
an
ambitious
project
for
Priyadarshan.
His
latest
release
Geethanjali,
which
is
a
spin-off
of
blockbuster
movie
Manichitrathazhu,
was
a
box
office
disaster.
The
movie
earned
highly
negative
reviews
and
the
director
was
heavily
criticized
for
his
failed
attempt
to
re-create
the
Manichitrathazhu
magic.
Along
with
Jayasurya
and
Piaa
Bajpai,
Innocent,
Nedumudi
Venu,
Mamukoya,
Harisree
Ashokan,
Kochu
Preman
and
Nandu
will
play
the
other
pivotal
roles
in
the
movie.
All
of
the
actors
will
be
sporting
a
totally
different
getup
for
the
movie.
