Sunny Wayne, who played a Lakshwadweep boy in his outing Mosayile Kuthira Meenukal with Asif Ali (which is yet to be released), is all set to play an ambulance driver in his next film. Titled Saaradhi, the movie is said to be a travel thriller.
Saaradhi revolves around the character played by Sunny as an Ambulance driver, who has been assigned to take a dead body from city to a high range area. He meets with many difficulties during his journey with the body. How he manages to get out of it deals with the rest of the story.
Gopalan Manoj is the director of the film and describes Sunny's role likewise, "Sunny plays the role of a happy-go-lucky guy, who has no commitments in life and is a spendthrift. The incidents that he encounter during the journey and how he overcomes them with the help of a cop, played by actor Sreenivasan, form the rest of the plot."
Vinutha Lal plays the female lead in the film. She plays Sunny's love interest in Saaradhi. The rest of the cast include Nedumudi Venu, Baiju and many others. The actor has many movies lined up for release including Mosayile Kuthira Meenukal, Starring Pournami, Masala Republic and Koothara.
