Megastar Mammootty's son Dulquar Salman, who made his acting debut with Second Show in 2012, is successful in impressing Malayalam film goers. Having had eight movies for his credit in less than two years, this young Mollywood star is now foraying into Kollywood with the film Vaayai Moodi Pesavum. With the movie slated to hit screens this Friday, he is all set to rock the Tamil audience this weekend.
Vaayai Moodi Pesavum is a romantic comedy film, which has been written and directed by Balaji Mohan. Dulquar Salman is playing the lead role in the film, while actress Nazriya Nazim appears as his love interest. Dulquar and Nazriya have earlier teamed up for Malayalam film Salala Mobiles, which was released in theatres January 23, 2014. Their on-screen chemistry, which is one of the highlights of the film, has impressed the Malayalam viewers.
Their chemistry is said to be one of the main attractions in Vaayi Moodi Pesavum. Sean Roldan has score the music for the film, while Soundararajan handled the camera work. It is being simultaneously made in Malayalam with the same lead actors, under the title Samsaaram Aarogyathinu Haanikaram. Both the version have already cleared the formalities of the Censor Board and got a 'U' certificate.
