Alphonse Puthren, the young filmmaker and Aleena Mary Anthony, the daughter of popular film producer Alwyn Anthony, entered wedlock yesterday (August 22nd). The couple tied the knot in a traditional ceremony held at St. Dominic's Church, Aluva.

The ceremony and the post-wedding reception were attended by the eminent personalities from the Malayalam and Tamil movie industries, including Nivin Pauly, Kunchacko Boban, Tamil actor Siddharth Narayanan, Nazriya Nazim, Sai Pallavi, etc.

Bride Aleena Mary Anthony dazzled in an elegant white wedding gown, teamed up with a simple diamond neckpiece, a stylish hairdo, tiara, and net. She graced the post-wedding reception in a peach kanjeevaran sari. Alphonse Puthren looked dashing in the ash suit, which was teamed up with a white tie.

Interestingly, Alphonse Puthren's close buddies, including actors Nivin Pauly, Siddharth Narayanan, and the Premam team attended the function with a particular dress code. All the young men were dressed up in blue shirts; to the much surprise of the guests.

Nazriya Nazim was accompanied by her brother-in-law, the budding actor Farhaan Faasil. She shined in a silk sari, which was teamed up with green temple jewellery ornaments; to the much surprise of the fans. Sai Pallavi, looked elegant in the white silk sari and simple accessories.
