Arvind Swamy To Share Screen With Manju Warrier

Arvind Swamy, the 90's heartthrob will share screen with Manju Warrier, in the upcoming Arun Kumar Aravind movie. Arvind Swamy will be making his comeback into Malayalam movie industry with the highly anticipated movie, penned by Shankar Ramakrishnan.

Reportedly Manju Warrier will play the central character in the movie, which is said to be a social-drama. The film will also have popular actresses Revathi, Urvashi and actor-writer Murali Gopy in other pivotal roles. The untitled flick will start rolling soon, in Trivandrum.

After a long break of 13 years, Arvind Swamy made a comeback into acting with his mentor Mani Ratnam's movie Kadal, in 2013. The actor is currently filming for the upcoming Tamil movie Thani Oruvan, which stars Jayam Ravi in the lead role.

Arvind Swamy made his acting debut with Mani Ratnam's blockbuster movie Thalapathi, in a supporting role. The actor rose to fame with his first movie as the protagonist, Roja which was also directed Mani Ratnam.

He made his debut as a voice actor, with the Tamil dubbed version of popular movie Dil Se, in which he lend voice for the character played by Shahrukh Khan. He has also dubbed for the character adult Simba, in the Tamil version of popular movie The Lion King.

The upcoming Arun Kumar Aravind movie was unofficially banned due to the director's clash with producers association. But, the recent reports suggests that the issues are resolved and Arun Kumar is all set to kick start the project.
