Shyamaprasad, the director who allegedly
criticized Nivin Pauly's acting skills, bitterly
slammed the reports through his official Facebook page.
Shyamaprasad made it clear that a film magazine fabricated the news
to earn cheap publicity.
A popular film magazine has reported that Shyamaprasad is not
satisfied with Nivin Pauly's work in his latest flick Ivide and thinks that
the actor lacks 'range' while compared to his co-star Prithviraj.
The filmmaker, who harshly criticized the film magazine without
mentioning the name, states that it extremely shameful that the
publication and its editor is trying to malign the reputation of a
promising young actor, who is at the peak of his career.
He also states that Nivin Pauly is not a person who readily
believes fake reports and he will not be discouraged with such
banal headlines. He also added that he is not a person who comments
about the acting skills of a talented actor.
The director feels that Nivin Pauly is doubtlessly one of the
most promising young actors of Malayalam movie industry. He is sure
that the actor will go places and make the industry proud with his
Ivide, the Shyamaprasad movie which stars Prithviraj,
Nivin Pauly and Bhavana in the lead roles, has ended up as an
average grosser. Premam, the Nivin starrer movie which was
released on the same day, has already emerged as a blockbuster.
