Shyamaprasad, the director who allegedly criticized Nivin Pauly's acting skills, bitterly slammed the reports through his official Facebook page. Shyamaprasad made it clear that a film magazine fabricated the news to earn cheap publicity.
A popular film magazine has reported that Shyamaprasad is not satisfied with Nivin Pauly's work in his latest flick Ivide and thinks that the actor lacks 'range' while compared to his co-star Prithviraj.
The filmmaker, who harshly criticized the film magazine without mentioning the name, states that it extremely shameful that the publication and its editor is trying to malign the reputation of a promising young actor, who is at the peak of his career.
He also states that Nivin Pauly is not a person who readily believes fake reports and he will not be discouraged with such banal headlines. He also added that he is not a person who comments about the acting skills of a talented actor.
The director feels that Nivin Pauly is doubtlessly one of the most promising young actors of Malayalam movie industry. He is sure that the actor will go places and make the industry proud with his talents.
Ivide, the Shyamaprasad movie which stars Prithviraj, Nivin Pauly and Bhavana in the lead roles, has ended up as an average grosser. Premam, the Nivin starrer movie which was released on the same day, has already emerged as a blockbuster.
