Kunchacko Boban and Namitha Pramod, the popular star pair will share screen in the upcoming movie Jamuna Pyaari, directed by Thomas Sebastian. Kunchacko Namitha has earlier paired up in the movies Pullipulikalum Aattinkuttiyum and Law Point.
Interestingly, Jamuna Pyaari is a romantic comedy which revolves around a goat breed of the same name. The movie will have a Jamuna Pyaari goat in a pivotal. The recently released movie Aadu Oru Bheegara Jeevi Aanu also had a goat as the central character.
Reportedly, Joy Mathew, Chemban Vinod Jose, Neeraj Madhav etc will essay the supporting roles in the movie. Jamuna Pyaari will start rolling from the second week of April, at various locations of Palakkad district.
Thomas Sebastian, the director of Jamuna Pyaari, has earlier directed a movie called Mayabazar, which had Mammootty in the lead role. The movie, which emerged as a box office disaster, earned highly negative reviews from the audience and critics.
It is a low phase in Kunchacko Boban's career. His last few releases, including Bhaiyya Bhaiyaa and Cousins were box office disasters. The actor is currently filming for the upcoming comedy Chirakodinja Kinavukal, in which he will pair up with Rima Kallingal.
Namitha Pramod, who has been criticized by the audience and media for the repetitive roles she pick, is planning for a track change in her career. The actress is currently filming for Chandrettan Evideya directed Siddharth Bharathan, in which she plays a different role.
