Mammootty's Next Movie: Megastar 393

Mammootty's next movie, which is said to be an out-and-out action thriller, is temporarily titled as Megastar 393. The first look of the movie was released yesterday (September 7th), on Mammootty's 64th birthday.

The movie is written and directed by Akhil Paul, who penned the script for 7th Day, and Anas Khan. The actual title of the movie, which is produced by S George, will be revealed only after the completion of the movie.

The project has been temporarily titled as Megastar 393, as it is the 393rd movie of Mammootty's acting career. The makers says that the movie will make use of both the acting skills and stardom of the actor.

As per the close sources, the big budget project will start rolling from December 2015. The movie is expected to hit the theatres for Vishu 2016. More details regarding the cast and crew will be revealed soon.

Mammootty is currently filming for AK Sajan's Puthiya Niyamam, in which he plays an advocate named Louis Pothan. The movie, which will have Nayantara in the lead role, is said to be have a change of title soon.

Pathemari, the upcoming Mammootty starrer movie directed by National Award winning filmmaker Salim Ahamed, will be released on September 18th. The actor plays Pallickal Narayanan, an NRI in the movie.
