Manju Warrier's 'Vettah' Look Goes VIral

Manju Warrier's first look from the upcoming movie Vettah is going viral in social media. The actress is playing a police officer in the movie, which is directed by path-breaking filmmaker Rajesh Pillai.

It is for the first time Manju is depicting the role of a police officer in her career. But as per the reports, her role Sreebala IPS is entirely different from the so-called lady cop roles, familiar to the industry.

Instead, the actress will be playing a very different police character, which is inspired from the popular real-life lady police officers of Kerala Police force. More details regarding her character will be out soon.

Vettah is a psychological thriller, which is said to be the first ever mind game movie of Malayalam cinema. The movie stars Kunchacko Boban and Indrajith in the male leads and Kadhal Sandhya in a key role.

Earlier, Jayasurya and Bhama were considered for the roles played by Indrajith and Kadhal Sandhya. But the actors backed out of the project due to undisclosed reasons.

Indrajith is sharing the screen with Manju Warrier for the first time; while Kunchacko Boban has earlier paired up with the actress in her comeback movie How Old Are You, directed by Roshan Andrews.
