Fahadh
Faasil,
the
most
talented
young
actor
of
M'town,
feels
that
Mohanlal
is
an
inspiration
for
all
the
actors.
Fahadh
was
talking
in
the
Onam
special
interview,
given
to
popular
Malayalam
film
magazine
Nana.
According
to
Fahadh,
he
started
admiring
Mohanlal
deeply,
after
watching
the
superhit
movie
Gandhinagar
2nd
Street.
The
young
actor
feels
that
Mohanlal
has
a
magical
power
to
transform
into
a
character,
which
is
better
known
to
him.
He
also
feels
that
Mohanlal
plays
each
character
in
totally
different
styles.
His
portrayal
of
a
character
will
not
have
any
similarities
with
an
earlier
role
played
by
himself.
This
is
not
possible
for
the
other
actors.
Fahadh
also
points
out
that
Mohanlal
can
play
a
helpless
man
onscreen
without
the
baggage
of
a
superstar.
The
best
example
for
that
quality
is
Drishyam,
in
which
he
played
a
commoner
without
any
inhibitions.
He
also
added
that
no
young
actor,
including
himself
cannot
replace
Mohanlal
and
his
works.
Fahadh
was
approached
to
act
in
the
remake
of
a
Mohanlal
starrer
classic
movie;
but
he
rejected
the
offer
stating
that
no
one
can
replace
Mohanlal.
The
young
actor
has
been
very
close
to
Mohanlal
since
his
childhood.
The
magical
actor
was
introduced
to
the
movie
industry
with
Manjil
Virinja
Pookkal,
which
was
directed
by
Fahadh's
father
Fazil,
the
veteran
filmmaker
