Mohanlal Should Trust Me: Lal Jose

Lal Jose, the director who is at the peak of his career, says that he will make a movie with Mohanlal, when the actor starts trusting him and his script.

According to Lal Jose, making a movie with such a big actor is a huge responsibility for a filmmaker. Lal Jose assures that he will associate with Mohanlal, if he gets a strong script which suits the actor.

Earlier, Lal Jose had planned a movie with Mohanlal and Prithviraj, which was then titled as Cousins. The project was shelved immediately after the first look photo shoot, due to undisclosed reasons.

Later, it was reported that Mohanlal and Lal Jose will be teaming up for another project; which didn't materialise due to unknown reasons. It was rumoured that Mohanlal is not so keen to associate with the director.

Interestingly, Mohanlal has predicted that Lal Jose will be a great filmmaker, during the filming of blockbuster movie Vishnulokam, directed by Kamal. Lal Jose was then assisting Kamal in the movie.

The actor's predictions come true after long years. Lal Jose in doubtlessly one of the most sought out filmmakers of contemporary Malayalam cinema and has worked with several big shots of the industry, including Mammootty, Dileep, Prithviraj etc.
