My Marriage Was A Mistake: Srinda

Srinda, the super-talented actress who has already found a place in M'town, says that her marriage with Ashab was a big mistake. She opened up about her failed marriage, in the recent interview given to Vanitha.

The actress married her boyfriend Ashab at the age of 19, immediately after she completed her graduation. Srinda's parents agreed for the marriage, just because they have never said a 'no' to her decisions. But the couple soon realised that they are different.

They parted ways soon after the birth of their only son Arhaan. Srinda feels that her marriage was a mistake which she committed out of immaturity and extreme impulsiveness. Even though they are separated, Srinda and Ashab are not legally divorced.

But at the same time, Srinda has no hard feelings for Ashab and states that she respects him. The actress stated that she doesn't have any regrets about her past and wants to focus on son Arhaan's future and her film career.

Srinda is currently happy with the position she has achieved in the industry and is proud about the fact that she is one of those rare actress who can play comic roles flawlessly. She is also a doting mother to her little son Arhaan, who is her biggest fan and critic.

The actress is one of the busiest stars of Mollywood today. Srinda has already proven her mettle with a series of variety roles. She is best known for her roles in the blockbuster movies, Nivin Pauly starrer 1983 and Nadhirshah's Amar Akbar Anthony.
