Pranav Mohanlal, the most popular star kid of M'town, is finally changing his decision. According to the rumour mills, Pranav is all set to make his debut in a lead role, with actor Sajid Yahiya's directorial debut, Inspector Dawood Ibrahim.

If the reports are to be true, Pranav Mohanlal will essay the central character in Inspector Dawood Ibrahim, which is said to be a fun-filled thriller. However, Pranav and Sajid Yahiya hasn't confirmed the reports yet.

Inspector Dawood Ibrahim revolves around a police inspector named Dawood Ibrahim and the funny incidents he faces in life. The director is planning to have a star cast, which will have debutantes in the vital roles. The movie is penned by Sajid himself.

Sajid Yahiya, who rose to fame with his character Samy in Bangalore Days, has earlier appeared in the popular movies Amen, Zachariyayude Garbhinikal, Theevram, Friday etc. He will essay a pivotal role in the upcoming movie Double Barrel as well.

Acting was not in the bucket list of Pranav Mohanlal, who aspires to become a filmmaker. The sources close to the star kid says that Pranav is highly impressed with theme of Inspector Dawood Ibrahim; thus decided to change his decision.
