The
recent
controversy
which
shook
the
Malayalam
movie
industry,
actor
Shine
Tom
Chacko's
arrest,
is
heading
up
to
new
developments.
After
the
preliminary
investigation
is
over,
Kerala
police
reveals
that
the
connection
of
the
drug
mafia
and
film
industry
is
wider
than
expected.
As
per
Shine
Tom
Chacko's
revelations,
a
popular
a
famous
lady
producer
and
young
actor
are
also
involved
in
the
drug
mafia.
Shine
admitted
that
he
was
a
part
of
'smoke
parties',
which
is
now
a
common
affair
in
the
film
industry.
The
actor
also
revealed
that
a
famous
young
lady
producer
is
the
main
organiser
of
smoke
parties
in
Kochi.
But
when
he
was
asked
whether
he
had
attended
the
parties;
Shine
replied
that
he
has
not
grown
enough
to
get
an
invitation
for
such
parties.
The
actor
refused
to
name
the
celebrities
who
attended
the
parties.
If
the
reports
are
to
believed,
some
promising
young
filmmakers
and
actors
are
the
regular
invitees
of
the
parties
hosted
by
the
lady
producer.
Shine
Tom
Chacko
says
that
he
was
invited
by
Blessy
Sylvester,
the
second
accused,
to
attend
the
party.
Model
Reshma,
from
whom
the
police
found
out
7
grams
of
cocaine,
is
the
first
accused.
Shine
is
the
third
accused
of
the
case.
Kochi
police
confirmed
that
the
recovered
cocaine
was
brought
by
second
accused
Blessy
Sylvester
from
Goa.
If
the
reports
are
to
be
true,
100
grams
of
cocaine
was
transported
in
a
bus,
on
January
8th,
from
Goa
to
Kochi.
Police
expect
to
recover
the
same
in
the
upcoming
raids,
that
will
be
held
on
various
parts
of
the
city.
