Radhika
Thilak,

passed
away.
The
45-year-old
succumbed
to
cancer
in
a
private
hospital
in
Kochi.
Radhika
is
survived
by
husband
Suresh
and
their
only
daughter
Devika.
She
was
admitted
in
the
hospital
since
last
few
days,
due
to
high
fever.
Radhika's
condition
got
worsened
due
to
the
infection.
The
singer
was
staying
out
of
the
limelight
since
last
few
years,
after
she
was
diagnosed
with
cancer.
Radhika
Thilak
is
also
a
close
relative
of
popular
singers
Sujatha
and
G
Venugopal.
She
has
sung
more
than
70
film
songs;
but
earned
immense
popularity
through
the
stage
shows,
devotional
music
albums
and
television
programmes.
Maya
Manjalil
(Ottayal
Pattalam),
Ente
Ulludukkum
Kotti
(Deepasthambham
Mahashcharyam),
Deva
Sangeetham
(Guru),
Manja
Kiliyude

Radhika

was
also

as
a
television
presenter,
through
her
musical
chat
shows
in
Doordarshan

Malayalam
channels.
She
was
also
associated
with

for
several
years,
where
she
earned
fame
through
the
Lalitha
Ganangal
programme.
