Vettah Starts Rolling

Vettah, the psychological thriller directed by Rajesh Pillai, starring Manju Warrier, Kunchacko Boban and Indrajith in the lead roles, started rolling in Kochi. Vettah is said to be the first ever mind game movie of Mollywood.

Manju Warrier is playing Police Officer role for the first time in her career, in Vettah. She will essay the city Police Commissioner Sreebala IPS. Indrajith will play the character ACP Sailex Abraham IPS. Kunchacko Boban will appear as Melvin.

Earlier, actress Bhama was also a part of the project. But as of now, she has been replaced with Sandhya. A popular actress from Mollywood will play a key role in the movie. But the team hasn't revealed her name yet.

Akshara Kishore, the child actress who earned immense popularity with the Television soap opera Karuthamuthu, essays a pivotal role in the movie. She will be playing the role of Kunchacko Boban's daughter in the movie.

It was initially reported that Jayasurya is playing the antagonist in the movie; but later it was revealed to be false. The rest of the star cast includes Vijayaraghavan, Prem Prakash, Deepak Parambol, Gayathri, Dr, Roni, Dr. Uma etc.
