We Did Not Mention Mohanlal & Priyadarshan: Anwar Rasheed

Anwar Rasheed, the filmmaker-producer slammed the rumours regarding Mohanlal and Priyadarshan's involvement on the Premam piracy issues. Anwar was answering to a question asked by a media representative, in a recent interview.

On asked whether he doubts anybody in the industry regarding the Premam piracy, he said not to drag the veterans unnecessarily into controversies. Anwar Rasheed stated that he has never mentioned the names of Mohanlal and Priyadarshan in any of the interviews.

The filmmaker, who met the investigative team to hand over the evidence, states that he hasn't mentioned anyone's names. According to Anwar, he has handed over the details regarding the issued copies of the movie and editing firms.

He also requested the media and audience to keep calm and wait for the investigation team to open up about the issue. Jude Anthany Joseph, the director who has acted in Premam, also slammed the rumours through his Facebook page.

Recently, Priyadarshan had expressed his deep disappointment over the rumours regarding his involvement in Premam piracy. He has also alleged that the movie must have leaked from the censor board office.

Anwar Rasheed and Mohanlal, on the other hand, shares a great working relationship. Anwar has directed Mohanlal in blockbuster movie Chotta Mumbai, and has already signed another project with the actor.
