63rd Britannia Filmfare Awards South: Malayalam Winners List & Pictures

The 63rd Britannia Filmfare Awards South was held at the Hyderabad Convention Centre, Hyderabad yesterday (June 18th, 2016). The grand event was attended by the prominent actors and technicians of South Indian Cinema.

Filmfare Awards South, which has been considered as one of the most prestigious film awards ceremonies of the country, brings the stars from all the four South Indian film industries together on one platform.

Mammootty and Parvathy bagged the award for Best Actors, while Jayasurya and Amala Paul swept the Best Actor critics trophies in Malayalam category. Salim Ahamed's Pathemari won the award for Best Movie.
