Action Hero Biju, the upcoming Nivin Pauly starrer, is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated movies of 2016. The movie is directed by the photographer-director Abrid Shine.
After being postponed several times, Action Hero Biju has finally got a release date. The movie, which marks the production debut of Nivin Pauly, will hit the theatres on February 4th.
Nivin Pauly's First Ever Police Role
Fans are quite sure that Nivin can play a tough cop, from the day they saw him in a police uniform in Om Shanti Oshana. Biju is his first ever police character.

It is the 25th movie of Nivin, who made his acting debut in 2010. Interestingly, he makes his production debut with the movie and launches his production company Pauly Jr. Pictures.
Jude Anthany Joseph's Thief Role
Om Shanti Oshana director Jude Anthany Joseph, who made his acting debut with Premam, is playing thief Marimuthu in the movie.
Star Cast Filled With Newcomers
Interestingly, Action Hero Biju introduces 30 plus debutante through its star cast. Director Major Ravi and Valsala Menon are the only known faces.
Initially, the movie was planned as an Onam release. But the multiple delays in the shooting schedule forced the team to postpone the release multiple times.
Nivin Pauly's ill health was the prime reason for the delay. The team had bashed the rumours regarding Nivin's fallout with the production team, stating that the reports are baseless.
Anu Emmanuel, the former child artist who is familiar to the audiences with her role in Swapna Sanchari, makes her lead role debut with the movie. Anu is playing a small town girl in the movie.
Earlier, it was reported that Sai Pallavi has been approached for the lead role; but later it was revealed to be false. The actress is expected to make a cameo appearance in the movie.
Om Shanti Oshana Director Jude Anthany Joseph, who made his acting debut with Premam, plays a key role in Action Hero Biju. The rest of the star cast mostly includes new faces.
