Pics! Aparna Vinod Has A Big Reason To Smile!

Actress Aparna Vinod, who shot to fame with Asif Ali starrer Kohinoor has a big reason to smile. The actress is on cloud nine as she has signed her first Tamil movie.

According to reports, the actress would be seen playing the second heroine role in Tamil actor Vijay's upcoming film.

Aparna Vinod debuted in films through Priyanandan's Njan Ninnodu Koodeyund which had Vinay Forrt and Sidharth Bharathan in the lead roles.

But, it was Asif Ali starrer Kohinoor, which gave the actress a much needed break. The film directed by Vinay Govind had Aparna doing the female lead role. The song Hemanthamen, which featured Asif Ali and Aparna Vinod, went on to become a big success.

Now, the actress is all set to debut in Tamil films. The film which has been tentatively titled as Vijay 60 would be directed by Azhagiya Tamil Magan fame Bharathan.

Even though nothing much has been revealed about her role, the actress is said to be playing an important role in the film. Incidentally, Malayalam actress Keerthi Suresh would also be a part of this film.
