Kammatipaadam,
the
recently
released
Dulquer
Salmaan
movie,
is
all
set
to
have
a
re-release.
Recently,
director
Rajeev
Ravi
confirmed
that
the
4-hour-long
version
of
Kammatipaadam
will
hit
the
theatres
soon.
As
per
the
reports,
the
team
is
yet
to
finalise
a
re-release
date.
The
movie,
which
had
an
original
duration
of
4
hours,
was
restricted
in
to
2.50
hours
upon
the
insistence
of
censor
board.
Even
though
the
movie
opened
to
mixed
audience
response,
Kammatipaadam
succeeded
in
impressing
the
critics.
The
movie,
which
originally
hit
the
theatres
on
May
20
delivered
an
average
performance
at
the
box
office.
Dulquer
Salmaan
essayed
an
action-packed
role
in
the
movie.
Vinayakan
and
Manikandan
Achari,
who
played
the
supporting
roles
in
the
film,
earned
rave
reviews
for
their
exceptional
performances.
Kammatipaadam
marked
the
thrid
directorial
venture
of
the
National
award-winning
cinematographer
cum
director,
Rajeev
Ravi.
The
movie
depicted
the
growth
of
Kochi
from
a
village
to
a
metro
city.
Madhu
Neelakandan
handled
the
cinematography.
John
P
Varkey
and
Vinayakan
compose
the
songs
and
background
music.
Kammatipaadam
is

by
