Gautham
Menon,
the
popular
Tamil
film-maker,
is
not
a
part
of
Jacobinte
Swargarajyam.
Vineeth
Sreenivasan,
the
director
of
the
movie
revealed
the
news
through
his
Facebook
page.
According
to
Vineeth,
Gautham
Menon
was
supposed
to
play
a
key
role
in
Jacobinte
Swargarajyam,
the
movie
which
stars
Nivin
Pauly
in
the
lead
role.
But
he
couldn't
join
the
shoot
due
to
Chennai
floods.
Jacobinte
Swargarajyam
started
rolling
in
Dubai,
at
the
same
time.
The
Chennai
airport
was
shut
down
due
to
the
flood
and
Gautham
couldn't
make
it
to
Dubai
at
the
right
time.
A
rescheduling
was
impossible
for
the
team
at
that
point,
so
Gautham
Menon
had
to
back
out
from
the
movie.
Instead,
Vineeth
Sreenivasan
decided
to
introduce
a
debutante
actor.
The
director
says
that
the
team
was
fortunate
enough
to
have
found
out
a
brilliant
actor
for
that
role,
at
the
right
time.
But,
Vineeth
is
deeply
disappointed
about
missing
the
opportunity
to
work
with
Gautham.
The
rest
of
the
star
cast
includes
Renji
Panicker,
Saikumar,
TG
Ravi,
Sreenath
Bhasi,
Dinesh
Prabhakar,
Lakshmi
Ramakrishnan
etc.
Interestingly,
the
movie
doesn't
have
a
leading
lady.
