Anwar Rasheed
Anwar Rasheed has not had a release since Ustad hotel, which released in the year 2012. In fact, he has had a clean track record so far, with all the four directorial ventures turning out to be big hits. Apart from that, his two short films Bridge and Aami also fetched grand reviews. We are definitely waiting for his next project.
Alphonse Puthren
It has been over a year since Premam released and this man who captained the film would definitely be planning something even bigger. There hasn't been any official reports about his next film, but we certainly feel he would be back with something as precious as Premam.
Arun Kumar Aravind
Arun Kumar Aravind could be given the label of a trendsetter. With the film Ee Adutha Kaalathu, the director explored the possibilities of different narrative styles. He followed that with the film Left Right Left, which stands as an excellent work. Even though the director announced his next with Manju Warrier, there are no further developments.

Martin Prakkat
Martin Prakkat is one such director who is improving with each movie. He has had a cent percent track record with respect to box-office success. Moreover, his previous film Charlie fetched him the Kerala State Award for the Best director. What else is required to wait for his next outing?

From the above list, Anwar Rasheed had earlier announced his next with Fahadh Faasil in the lead role, but there hasn't been any further confirmation regarding the same.
Similarly, there were reports that Lijo Jose Pellissery would join hands with Mammootty for his next film. If the project materializes, we are sure that the wait would be worth it.
