Well, Mammootty has many number of blockbusters to his credit but not all of them have been remade to other languages. In comparison, the number of Mammootty movies that were remade to other languages is lesser than the number of Mohanlal movies, which have had remakes.

Mayavi (2007) – Vallakottai (2010)
Mammootty starrer Mayavi, which was the highest Mollywood grosser of the year 2007, was later remade in to Tamil. The film, which was titled as Vallakottai, had actor Arjun in the lead role. The film was directed by A Venkatesh.
Hitler (1995) – Krodh (2000) - Military (2003)
Hitler, which went on to become an industry hit, during the time of its release, was later remade in to multiple languages. The film did get a Hindi remake in the form of Suniel Shetty starrer Krodh. Similarly, the Tamil film Military, which had Sathyaraj in the lead role was the remake of Hitler.
Thommanum Makkalum (2005) - Majaa (2006)
Mammootty's Thommanum Makkalum, was a perfect entertainer, which won a lot of fans during the time of its release. In fact, Tamil actor Vikram was also interested by the film and the actor starred in the Tamil remake of Thommanum Makkalum, which was titled as Majaa. The remake was also directed by Shafi.
Pokkiri Raja (2010) - Boss (2013)
Well, Pokkiri Raja, which had Mammootty and Prithviraj in the lead roles was an ultimate entertainer. The film did get a Hindi remake in the form of Boss, which had Akshay Kumar reprising the lead role done by Mammootty in the original.
Kadha Parayumbol (2007) - Billu (2009)
Kadha Parayumbol, directed by Mohan had Mammootty in a special appearance. Nonetheless, the actor had given a stunning performance in the climax sequences, which was one of the biggest positives of the movie. Priyadarshan remade this film in Hindi and he casted Shahrukh Khan in the role done by Mammootty in the original.
Rajamanikyam (2005) – Bellari Naga (2009)
Rajamanikyam, which released in the year 2005 was a real trendsetter in all the senses. The film was a massive success and the film was selling hot in remake markets. The movie was remade in to Kannada as Bellary Naga and the film starred Vishnuvardhan in the lead role.
Chronic Bachelor (2003) – Engal Anna (2004)
Siddique, who made Chronic Bachelor with Mammootty in the lead role, opted to do the Tamil remake of the film, as well. In Tamil, actor Vijayakanth was roped in to play the main lead role and the movie was titled as Engal Anna.
Mazhayethum Munpe (1995) - Zamir (2005)
Not many know that Mammootty's superhit film Mazhayethum Munpe has had a Hindi remake. The 2005 film Zamir, which had Ajay Devgn, Mahima Chaudhary and Amisha Patel in the lead roles was the remake of the film directed by Kamal.
Mahayanam (1989) – Paarai (2003)
Mahayaanam was one of the biggest hits in the career of Mammootty. The film directed by Joshiy had Mammootty in a powerful role. The film was later remade in to Tamil as Paarai, with Sarathkumar in the lead role.
In fact, many of the Mammootty movies from the 1980's did sell like hot cakes in remake circuits. Apart from the above listed films, movies like New Delhi, Poovinu Puthiya Poonthennal, Kouravar, Pappayude Swantham Appoos etc., were also remade to other languages.
It also has to be noted that Mammootty is an actor, who is hugely popular in South India and many of his blockbuster movies have had a grand run in the other states as well, which in turn reduces the prospects of remakes.
Most recently, Mammootty's superhit film Bhaskar The Rascal was considered for a remake. Earlier, there were reports that Rajinikanth might reprise the role done by Mammootty in the original, but all those were dismissed as rumours.
