Mammootty's Puthan Panam: Fanmade First Look Goes Viral

Mammootty's fanmade first look poster, from the upcoming Ranjith movie Puthan Panam has been released. The interesting fanmade first look has been widely accepted by the audiences and is going viral on social media.

The poster, which is sketched by Lijeesh Kakkoor, features Mammootty in a different look, with a different hair style, twirled moustache, and a rudraksh chain. The look has a striking similarity with the megastar's get-up from the acclaimed movie Vidheyan.

However, it is yet to be revealed whether it is the original look of Mammootty from Puthan Panam. The movie, which is scripted by director Ranjith himself, reportedly revolves around the black money dealings.

The director last teamed up with the megastar for Venu's Munnariyippu, which was produced by him. Kadal Kadannu Oru Maathukutti, the last outing of Ranjith with Mammootty as a director, was a commercial failure.

Mammootty and Ranjith have earlier teamed up for some popular films, including Kaiyoppu, Pranchiyettan And The Saint, and Paleri Manikyam. It is one of the major factors which raises the expectations over Puthan Panam.

The movie is expected to start rolling by the end of 2017 after Mammootty completes his current projects. The team is reportedly planning to announce the rest of the star cast and release the official first look of the movie, soon.
