According
to
reports,
Mammootty's
much
awaited
film
White
has
postponed
its
release
date
further.
The
film
which
was
earlier
slated
as
a
Vishu
release
had
to
push
the
release
dates
owing
to
delay
in
the
post-production
works.
Now,
sources
suggest
that
White
will
get
delayed
further
and
by
all
means,
it
seems
like
Kasaba
directed
by
Nithin
Renji
Panikker
would
be
the
actor's
next
release.
Earlier,
White
was
expected
to
grace
the
theatres
on
May
20,
2016.
The
film
was
expected
to
lock
horns
with
Dulquer
Salmaan's
Kammatipaadam,
but
White
couldn't
make
it
to
the
theatres.
With
Ramzan
season
beginning
in
June,
there
are
less
chances
for
the
film
to
make
it
to
the
theatres
in
the
coming
days.
Moreover,
Kasaba
has
been
planned
as
an
Eid
release,
so
chances
of
White
getting
to
theatres
any
time
soon
are
bleak.
Mammootty's
Onam
release
would
be
Thoppil
Joppan
being
directed
by
Johny
Antony.
The
shooting
of
the
film
is
moving
at
a
fast
pace
in
places
in
and
around
Kottayam.
The
trailer
of
White
had
opened
to
good
reception
and
high
hopes
have
been
pinned
up
on
the
movie.
The
movie
directed
by
Uday
Ananthan
was
shot
mainly
in
London.
The
film
is
said
to
be
a
breezy
love
story
revolving
around
two
charcters
named
Prakash
Roy(Mammootty)
and
Roshni
Menon(Huma
Qureshi).
Let
us
wait
for
an
official
announcement
from
the
team
regarding
the
release
date.
