upcoming
psychological
thriller

Rajesh
Pillai,
has
finally
got
a
release
date.
The
much
anticipated
movie
will
hit
the
theatres
on
February
26th,
Friday.
Vettah,
which
is
said
to
be
the
first
mind
game
movie
in
the
history
of
Mollywood,
also
stars
Kunchacko
Boban
and
Indrajith
in
pivotal
roles.
The
movie
is
scripted
by
Arunlal
Ramachandran.
Interestingly,
Manju
is
playing
the
first
ever
police
character
of
her
career,
in
the
movie.
Her
character,
Police
Commissioner
Sreebala
IPS,
is
inspired
from
some
popular
real
life
lady
police
officers.
Kunchacko
Boban
plays
Melvin,
a
man
with
a
mysterious
background.
Indrajith
appears
as
ACP
Sailex
Abraham.
Kadhal
Sandhya
and
Baby
Akshara
Kishore
plays
Melvin's
wife
and
daughter.
Earlier,
popular
actors
Jayasurya
and
Bhama
were
roped
in
for
the
roles
played
by
Indrajith
and
Sandhya,
respectively.
But
both
of
them
turned
down
the
project
due
to
their
highly
busy
schedules.
The
rest
of
the
star
cast
include
Vijayaraghavan,
Deepak
Parambol,
Prem
Prakash,
Kottayam
Nazir,
etc.
Anishlal
handles
the
cinematography.
Shaan
Rahman
composes
the
songs
and
background
score.
