Mohanlal's Double Role In Major Ravi's War 1971

Mohanlal, the complete actor of Malayalam cinema, is all set to portray double role yet again. Reportedly, Mohanlal is essaying a double role in Major's Ravi's upcoming movie, War 1971.

Interestingly, the movie, which is a prequel of Mohanlal-Major Ravi team's Keerthicharkra series, will have Mohanlal in his popular role Major Mahadevan and his father.

If the reports are to be true, the movie is based on the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war. The character of Major Mahadevan's father is said to be having the major importance in the movie.

War 1971 is expected to start rolling by mid-2016. The movie, which will be shot at the various locations of Rajasthan and Punjab borders, marks the fifth collaboration of Mohanlal and Major Ravi.

The movie will also have the popular actors from the various film industries in major roles. The rest of the details and first look of the movie is expected to be revealed soon.

Mohanlal, who is extremely busy with a handful of promising projects, will be next seen in Vysakh directed action thriller Puli Murugan. He is currently filming for his Telugu project.
