SHOCKING! Mukesh Not A Part Of Mammootty's CBI 5

Mukesh is reportedly not a part of the upcoming Mammootty starrer CBI 5. The movie is the fifth installment of the highly popular investigation thriller Oru CBI Diary Kurippu, directed by K Madhu.

The exact reason for removing Mukesh from the star cast is not yet revealed. It is believed that the makers are planning to introduce a new team, as the subordinates of central character Sethurama Iyer.

Since Jagathy Sreekumar will not be able to reprise his role in the fifth part, the team decided to replace the common faces, except the lead actor Mammootty. Renji Panicker is the new addition to the cast.

Reportedly, CBI 5 is just a temporary title of the movie. The team is yet to finalize the actual title. If the rumours are to be, the makers are planning to title the movie, Team CBI.

The 5th part will have a strong female character, which will be played by a popular actress. The rest of the star cast, and further details regarding the technical crew is expected to be announced soon.

Shyam, who composed the famous CBI theme music, will compose the music for the fifth part as well. The first part of CBI Series, Oru CBI Diary Kurippu released in 1988. The movie was followed by 3 sequels.
