The actor claims that he has never hurt Manju knowingly. Dileep points out that their daughter Meenakshi has always stood by his side. She is completely aware of the real reason behind the divorce of her parents.

According to Dileep, Meenakshi assured him that she will never leave him alone when he revealed his decision to divorce. She also asked him to listen to his heart and not to worry about anything.

Dileep states that Meenutty is the most important person in his life and his only dream is her bright future. The actor also bitterly denied the rumours regarding her affair with Kavya Madhavan.

He states that Kavya is just a friend and she is not the reason behind his divorce. The actor also revealed that his industry friends have been a great support for him and Meenutty during the tough times.
