Mammootty,
the
Big
M
of
Mollywood
recently
opened
up
about
his
upcoming
movie
Kasaba
and
its
director
Nithin
Renji
Panicker.
Mammootty
was
talking
in
the
recent
interview
given
to
Manorama
online.
The
megastar
states
he
decided
to
do
Kasaba,
as
Nithin
is
a
youngster
with
a
different
style
and
viewpoint.
Mammootty
feels
that
the
young
director
is
not
much
influenced
by
his
father
Renji
Panicker's
film-making
style.
Instead,
Nithin
has
his
own
outlook
towards
film-making,
which
is
a
quality.
Mammootty
also
remarked
that
the
Kasaba
director
is
confident,
egoless
youngster,
who
is
extremely
comfortable
to
work
with.
When
Nithin
Renji
Panicker
approached
Mammootty
for
the
project,
the
actor
was
not
satisfied
with
the
script.
He
openly
discussed
his
doubts
about
the
screenplay
with
the
director
and
asked
him
to
re-work
on
it.
Nithin
accepted
Mammootty's
suggestions
and
met
him
after
a
few
days
with
a
more
refined
version
of
the
screenplay.
The
actor
is
impressed
with
the
fact
that
Nithin
confidently
penned
the
script
for
his
directorial
venture.
Mammootty
states
that
Nithin
Panicker
has
succeeded
in
satisfying
him,
with
the
final
output
of
the
project.
Well,
we
are
eagerly
waiting
to
watch
the
Big
M's
police
avathar
on
the
silver
screen,
soon.
