Vishu
is
undoubtedly
one
of
the
biggest
release
seasons,
for
the
Malayalam
movie
industry.
Most
of
the
movies
which
were
slated
to
release
for
this
Vishu,
has
been
postponed
the
releases,
citing
various
reasons.
The
much-awaited
Mammootty
starrer
White,
is
one
of
the
major
films
which
have
been
postponed.
White,
which
was
initially
expected
to
be
released
on
April
14th,
Vishu
day,
has
reportedly
been
postponed
to
May.
The
other
films,
which
are
rumoured
to
be
postponed,
are
the
Jayaram
starring
horror
thriller
Aadupuliyattam
and
comical
thriller
Valleem
Thetti
Pulleem
Thetti,
which
will
have
Kunchacko
Boban
in
the
lead
role.
Both
Aadupuliyattam
and
Valleem
Thetti
Pulleem
Thetti
were
initially
slated
as
Vishu
releases.
If
the
reports
are
to
be
true,
both
the
movies
have
been
postponed
the
releases,
to
the
last
week
of
April.
Reportedly,
the
teams
decided
to
postpone
the
releases,
as
the
highly-anticipated
Vijay
starring
Tamil
movie
Theri
is
releasing
on
Vishu
day.
Instead,
Malayalam
industry
will
witness
major
releases,
on
the
first
and
last
weeks
of
April.
But,
the
makers
of
White
states
that
the
movie
has
been
postponed,
due
to
the
delay
in
post-production
works.
Reportedly,
the
team
is
yet
to
finish
the
editing
and
re-recording
of
the
movie.
Jacobinte
Swargarajyam,
the
Nivin
Pauly
starrer
directed
by
Vineeth
Sreenivasan
will
hit
the
theatres
on
April
8th.
Another
confirmed
release
is
Prithviraj's
James
And
Alice,
which
will
be
released
on
April
29th.
