Oozham Getting Ready To Be An Onam Release!

The shoot of Jeetu Joseph's upcoming film Oozham is progressing at a fast pace.The film would mark the reunion of Prithviraj and Jeethu Joseph after the much acclaimed movie Memories.

Prithviraj plays a character named Suryakrishnamoorthy in this film. SuryaKrishnamoorthy is an NRI and works in the US. Balachandra Menon and Seetha feature as the parents to character played by Prithviraj.

Nothing much has been revelaed about the story line but the movie is touted to be a revenge drama with good dose of action sequences. But, Jeethu Joseph had earlier stated that the film is not a thriller like his previous movie Memories.

Divya Pillai, who made a mark in Mollywood through the film Ayal Njanalla would play the female lead in this movie . She would be seen in the role of a character named Gayathri.

The film also features actors like Sreejith Ravi, Pasupathi etc in prominent roles.

Shamdat Sainudeen cranks the camera for the film and it is for the first time that the director is joining hands with him.

The film which began its shoot on April 1, in Coimbatore would have its next schedule in Hyderabad. The movie is expected to hit the theatres as an Onam release.
