Oppam Telugu Dubbed Version Gets A Release Date!
This year's blockbuster Malayalam movie Oppam, which has mohanlal in the lead role, will have a Telugu dubbed version, as well.
Oppam, which was one of the Onam releases of 2016, did set the box office on fire, upon its release. This Mohanlal starrer, went on to become a blockbuster, breaking some big box office records.
Now, the film is gearing up to conquer the Telugu speaking regions as well. Reportedly, the makers of the film are planning to release the Telugu dubbed version of the movie soon.
According to the reports, the Telugu dubbed version of the film would hit the theatres on December 30, 2016 in Andhra Pradesh and Telngana regions. The Telugu version has been titled as Kanupapa.
It has to be noted that Mohanlal has now got a huge fan base among Telugu speaking audiences. In fact, his popularity and fame in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions, rose to new levels, after the release of his recent Telugu film, Janatha Garage, which was a big blockbuster.
Manyam Puli, which is the Telugu version of the actor's recent blckbuster Pulimurugan, was released recently. The film, got a grand reception and has been declared as a hit at the box office.
On the other hand, Oppam also marked the powerful comeback of director Priyadarshan. the film, which is in the lines of a crime thriller also features Samuthirakkani, Vimala Raman, Anusree, Nedumudi Venu, Innocent, Chemban Vinod Jose, Renji Panicker etc., in prominent roles.
