Prithviraj's Karnan To Start Rolling In March?

Prithviraj and RS Vimal, the popular actor-director duo is all set to team up once again, for the epic drama Karnan. As per the reports, the shooting of Karnan will begin in March 2017.

Director Vimal recently revealed that the team is currently busy with the pre-production activities of the movie. The team has reportedly decided not to reveal much about the project.

According to the director, certain groups from the movie industry have been trying their level best to spoil the project. It is the reason behind the team's decision to keep things under the wrap.

However, the 200-plus team members, including the lead actor Prithviraj have offered their complete support to director Vimal and producer Venu Kunnappally. It is a highly ambitious project for both Vimal and Prithviraj.

The actor essays the title character Karnan in the movie which narrates the inner conflicts of the great warrior. It also portrays his strained relationship with the estranged mother Kunthi and siblings.

Baahubali cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar has been roped in as the director of photography of Karnan. Most popular technicians of Indian cinema are expected to associate with the movie.
