Prithviraj & RS Vimal With A Movie Based On Karnan?

Prithviraj and RS Vimal, the actor-director duo is all set for their second film together. The movie is said to be based on Karnan, the popular character from the epic, Mahabharatha.

The 45 Crores project, which is produced by Venu, will be shot at the various locations of Haridwar and Varanasi. It has also been rumoured that the movie is titled as Karna and Prithviraj is playing the title role.

However, the reports are yet to be confirmed. The project is expected to have an official announcement, on January 15th, at an event held in Dubai. The rest of the star cast and technical crew are yet to be finalised.

It was rumoured that Sai Pallavi is essaying the female lead opposite Prithviraj in the movie. But Vimal denied the rumours by stating that Sai is not considered for the project.

But it is confirmed that Sai Pallavi has been roped in for one of the upcoming Prithviraj starrers. Ennu Ninte Moideen, the first collaboration of Prithviraj and Vimal, had emerged as the biggest hit in the actor's career.
