Pulimurugan, the action thriller is the most expensive film ever made in the lead actor Mohanlal's acting career. Now, the movie has emerged as one of the biggest successes of the industry.
As per the latest reports from the trade analysts, Pulimurugan has made a total gross collection of about 30 Crores from the all India box office, within the first week of its release.

Reportedly, the movie has collected more than 27 Crores from the Kerala box office alone, within the first week. Thus, Pulimurugan has emerged as the fastest Malayalam film to cross 25-Crore mark.
Trade experts state that Pulimurugan will become the first Malayalam movie to cross 100-Crore mark. The success of the movie is surely an inspiration to many producers, to make big-budget films.
Pulimurugan will have a wide release in the foreign countries including the UK, USA, UAE, and Australia, by the first week of November. The team is also planning to increase the Kerala screen numbers.
The Telugu version of Pulimurugan, which has been titled as Manyam Puli, is also slated to release in November. The Telugu satellite right has been bagged by the banner Sree Saraswathi Films.
