Saranya Mohan & Aravind Krishnan Welcome A Baby Boy

Saranya Mohan, the popular actress-dancer recently gave birth to a baby boy. Saranya, who is married to Dr. Aravind Krishnan, announced the happy news through her official Facebook page.

Both the mother and baby are doing fine. Reportedly, the couple is yet to finalise the name of the newborn baby. Saranya had quit the acting career post marriage, to concentrate on family life and dance.

Aravind Krishnan and Saranya got engaged on July 12th, in a private ceremony. They tied the knot on September 6th, 2015 in a traditional ceremony held at Kottamkulangara Temple, Alappuzha.

It was purely an arranged marriage for the couple. Aravind Krishnan, who is a dentist by profession, is working as an assistant professor in Varkala Dental College. He also runs a dental clinic at Kovalam, Trivandrum.

Saranya is the daughter of YKB Mohan and Kalamandalam Devi Mohan, a dancer. She has a sister named Sukanya Mohan, who is also a professional dancer. Saranya's family runs a dance school in Alappuzha.

Saranya Mohan made her acting debut as a child artist, with Fazil directed Aniyathipraavu. She got her major breakthrough in the lead roles with the blockbuster Tamil movies Yaaradi Nee Mohini and Velayudham.
