Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum Gearing Up To Be An Eid Release!

The shooting of Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum directed by Boban Samuel has been completed and the makers have announced the release date of the film.

According to reports, Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum will hit the theatres on this Eid. The film is all set to be one of the major releases of the coming Ramzan season.

Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum has Kunchacko Boban, Jayasurya and Amala Paul in the lead roles. The film has been scripted by writer Y V Rajesh who had also scripted the film Romans, directed by Boban Samuel.

Kunchacko Boban and Jayasurya would be seen doing diametrically opposite characters. Kunchacko Boban would appear as a happy-go-lucky businessman and Jayasurya would be seen playing the role of a goon.

Recently, Jayasurya had recorded a song for Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum. The song has been set to tune by Gopi Sunder and it is for the first time that Jayasurya is singing for a song composed by Gopi Sunder.

Shajahaum Pareekuttiyum also has Nikki Galrani in a cameo role. The actress would be seen in the role of a customs officer.

Well, the film might face a tough competition from Mohanlal starrer Pulimurukan and Mammootty starrer Kasaba, both of which are slated to release for this Eid.
