OH NO! Shaji Kailas-Mohanlal Movie Is Not On The Cards?
There were certain rumours doing the rounds that Shaji Kailas and Mohanlal would join hands for a movie. But now, Shaji Kailas has opened up about the news that has surfaced.
A few days ago, certain reports had surfaced that the much loved combo of Shaji Kailas and Mohanlal would team up for a movie. The fans of the actor and the director were overjoyed after hearing this news.
Much to the disppointment of the fans of this combo, Shaji Kailas has confirmed that no such project is on the cards, at least for the time being. He said this in in an interview given to Manorama Online and the director also confirmed that the news spreading around are not true.
He also added that he is working on a movie but the project is only in its scripting stage. The director hasn't revealed anything about the cast and crew members of the film. In fact, in the interview, the director also mentioned that he had seen Pulimurugan four times and also showered praises on the movie and Mohanlal.
The team of Mohanlal and Shaji Kailas has given us some brilliant mass entertainers like Aaraam Thampuran and Narasimham. In fact, Narasimham did create some big box office records, back then, just like Pulimurugan has done now.
Meanwhile, Pulimurugan is continuing its amazing run and has crossed the 100-Crore mark. Mohanlal starrer achieved this feat in just 31-days of run.
