Tovino Thomas Turns Police Officer For Ezra

Tovino Thomas, the versatile actor is all set to play a police officer for the first time. The upcoming horror thirller Ezra will feature Tovino in the role ACP Shafeer Ahmed, a young cop.

Recently, Tovino Thomas revealed his first look from the movie through his official Facebook page. The actor, who is famous for his frequent get-up changes, looks just perfect in the police uniform.

Ezra marks the third collaboration of Tovino Thomas with Prithviraj, after 7th Day and Ennu Ninte Moideen. Reportedly, it is Prithviraj who suggested Tovino for the police officer role in the movie.

Priya Anand, the popular South Indian-Bollywood actress makes her Malayalam movie debut with Ezra. The movie, which revolves around a mysterious character named Abraham Ezra, is directed by debutante Jay K.

Jay, who is the former assistant of Rajkumar Santhoshi and Rajeev Ravi, also pens the movie, himself. Ezra has been planned to be shot as three different schedules in Kochi, Mumbai, Sri Lanka, and Dubai.

The rest of the star cast and further details will be announced soon. Popular Tamil cinematographer Thiru is the director of photography. Ezra is produced by the popular banner E4 Entertainment.
