Two Countries, the recent blockbuster, has already completed 60 days at the box office. The Dileep-Mamta Mohandas starrer has made a worldwide collection of Rs. 55 Crores, so far.

According to the trade analysts, the Kerala gross collection of the movie, which is directed by Shafi, is 35 crores. Thus, it has emerged as the 5th highest ever grosser at the Kerala box office.

So, when it comes to the top 5 worldwide grossers Two Countries falls in the 4th position. Drishyam is in the first position. Premam and Ennu Ninte Moideen comes in the 2nd and 3rd places respectively.

It is the first Dileep movie to enter the Top 5 highest grosser list of Malayalam movie industry. The huge success of Two Countries is a great relief for the actor, who was going through a low phase.

Interestingly, the movie is still being screened at almost all the prominent releasing centres, even after completing 60 days of release. It is a very rare thing, in this multiplex era.

Two Countries marked the comeback of Mamta Mohandas, who has earlier associated with Dileep in My Boss. Film-maker Rafi, who is the elder brother of Shafi, penned the script for the movie.
