Vinay Forrt & Soumya Ravi, The Proud New Parents

Vinay Forrt, the super-talented actor and his wife Soumya Ravi, have recently entered the young parents league of Malayalam cinema. Soumya and Vinay recently welcomed their first child, a baby boy.

The actor, who is all excited about the fatherhood, announced the happy news through his Facebook page recently. He has also shared an adorable picture of the pregnant Soumya, along with his post.

Both the mother and baby are doing fine. Reportedly, Vinay and Soumya are currently in search for a perfect name for their dear son and are said to be planning to conduct a special naming ceremony soon.

The actor met Soumya, who was a nanoscience research student during his theatre days and later fell in love with her. The couple tied the knot on December 6, 2014, at Guruvayoor Sreekrishna Temple.

Vinay Forrt entered the acting field as a theatre artist in Lokadharmi theatre group. He discontinued his degree studies to become an actor, but later joined the Film And Television Institute in Pune.

He obtained a post-graduation in acting from FTII and made his movie debut with Syamaprasad's Rithu. Vinay Forrt rose to fame with his role 'Mava sir' in the blockbuster Nivin Pauly starrer, Premam.
