Will Mammootty Sign Seenu Ramasamy's Next?

There are reports doing the rounds that Mammootty has been approached by Tamil director Seenu Ramasamy to do the lead role in the director's next film.

Now, certain reports suggest that the director narrated the story of the film to the actor. Mammootty is said to be happy with the storyline, but the actor hasn't signed on the dotted line yet.

Mammootty is currently busy with his Malayalam projects and owing to this busy schedule, the actor hasn't allotted dates for the new film. According to the reports, Mammootty would sign this Tamil project, once he finishes his prior commitments.

If Mammootty chooses to do the project, the Seenu Ramasamy film would be the next Tamil project of the actor after Peranbu, directed by Ram. The shooting of Peranbu has commenced and one more schedule of the film is remaining to be completed. The film also stars actress Anjali, in an important role.

Mammootty is also busy with the work of his upcoming film Thoppil Joppan, directed by Johny Antony. After that, the actor would start the shoot for a film produced by August Cinema, which would be directed by debutante Haneef.

Meanwhile, Seenu Ramasamy is busy with his upcoming film Dharmadurai, which has actor Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role.
