Well, the past week was completely owned by Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion, which can rightly be tagged as the biggest ever movie in the history of Indian cinema.
Most of the theatres in Kerala paved way for Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion, with the Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Telugu versions of the film, directed by SS Rajamouli making it to the theatres.

Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion has taken over the Kerala box office. The movie has made a smashing start and it went on break the opening day collection record of The Great Father. Baahubali 2 fetched 6.5 Crores on its opening day and thus became the top day 1 grosser in Mollywood.
Sai Dhansika Roped In For Dulquer Salmaan's Solo
Popular Tamil actress Sai Dhansika is the latest addition to Dulquer Salmaan's upcoming movie Solo, directed by Bejoy Nambiar. Reportedly, the actress will be seen in the role of a visually impaired dancer in this upcoming film.
Teaser Of Villain Creates Some Big Records
The first official teaser of Mohanlal starrer Villain was released on April 27, 2017. The teaser was opened to a grand reception and it went on to break the record set by the teaser of The Great Father. Villain's teaser reached the 1 Million views mark within just 3 hours of time.
Mohanlal – Lal Jose Movie All Set To Go On Floors
Mohanlal would next join Lal Jose's upcoming film, which will feature the actor in the role of a college lecturer. The movie scripted by Benny P Nayarambalam is all set to go on floors. Reportedly, the shoot of the film will commence on May 15, 2017.
Rakshadhikari Baiju Oppu Continues Its Good Run
Well, the Biju Menon starrer Rakshadhikari Baiju Oppu, which opened to extremely good reviews is doing a steady business at the box office. The movie had fetched 2.26 Crores on its first weekend. The film is still doing a good business despite the Baahubali storm.
Meanwhile, other movies like Sakhavu, Mammootty starrer The Great Father etc., have been reduced to fewer number of centres post the release of Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion.
Now, this week is all set to welcome the big arrival of Dulquer Salmaan starrer Comrade In America - CIA. The movie, directed by Amal Neerad will hit the theatres on May 5, 2016.
The highly anticipated movie is expected to have all the elements in it to give a stiff competition to Baahubali 2 in Kerala. We hope that all the movie would have jointly a supreme run at the box office.
