The film marked the comeback of Kunchacko Boban's home banner, Udaya pictures. Directed by Sidhartha Siva, KPAC narrated a motivational tale of a child. The film opened to positive reviews but couldn't cash in completely on it, due to the tough competitions in the Onam season.

Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum
Shajahaum Pareekuttiyum, the comedy entertainer from Jayasurya-Kunchacko Boban team was expected to create wonders at the box office. Disappointingly, the film didn't please the audiences, by any means. Reportedly, the movie managed to fetch just above 4 crores from its 2 weeks of run.

School Bus
We got to see Kunchacko Boban in a police uniform and it was one of the USPs of School Bus. Despite being a quality film, School Bus, directed by Rosshan Andrrews didn't cater to all sections of the audiences. Reportedly, the movie fetched approximately 4.5 Crores from its 3 weeks of run.

Valleem Thetti Pullem Thetti
Valleem Thetti Pulleem thetti released amidst huge expectations. The songs and the visuals of the film had created the necessary impact but the movie turned out to be a huge disappointment upon its release. Reportedly, the movie minted approximately 2 Crores from 1 week in Kerala.
Box office Verdict: Flop
Well, it was Take Off that gave Kunchacko Boban that much needed big hit at the box office. The actor would definitely want to continue the winning streak by Ramante Edanthottam, which looks a promising project by all means.
Ramante Edanthottam will have a solo release tomorrow. But, the film will definitely have to face stiff competitions from previous releases like Baahubali 2: The Conclusion and CIA - Comrade Of America, which are ruling the theatres at present.
