Mohanlal & Lal Jose Wrap Up Velipadinte Pusthakam

Mohanlal and Lal Jose finally wrapped the up the shooting of their highly anticipated first association, Velipadinte Pusthakam. Director Lal Jose announced the movie through his official Facebook page recently, along with a special motion poster.

The movie, which revolves around a college campus and the relationship between the teachers and students, is scripted by Benny P Nayarambalam. Mohanlal essays the role of Prof. Michael Idikkula, in Velipadinte Pusthakam.

Prof. Michael Idikkula is the Malayalam professor of the college, who gets promoted to the post of the vice principal. Prof. Idikkula believes in a very different method of teaching and is widely known as 'Dracula' among the students of the college.

If the reports are to be believed, Velipadinte Pusthakam is a total surprise package, which will satisfy both the movie lovers and Mohanlal fans. Interestingly, Mohanlal is appearing in three different get-ups for his role in the movie.

Angamaly Diaries fame Anna Reshma Rajan essays the female lead opposite Mohanlal in Velipadinte Pusthakam. Anoop Menon, Angamaly Diaries fame Sarath Kumar, Aanandam fame Arun Kurian, etc., appear in the supporting roles.

Vishnu Sarma, the Godha fame cinematographer, is the director of photography. Shaan Rahman composes the songs and background score. Velipadinte Pusthakam is produced by Antony Perumbavoor for Aashirvad Cinemas.
