Mohanlal-B Unnikrishnan Movie: Here Is An Interesting Update

Mohanlal, the complete actor is joining hands with film-maker B Unnikrishnan once again. Recently, the director revealed some interesting details about the untitled project, in the interview given to a popular Malayalam daily.

Interestingly, the project is a big budget venture, made with a budget of 30 Crores. According to Unnikrishnan, VFX and special effects have a lot of importance in the making, and a Poland-based company will handle it.

Tamil actor Vishal makes his Malayalam debut, by playing a pivotal role in the movie. Along with Mohanlal and Vishal, popular Telugu actor Srikanth is also essaying a key role in the movie, which is scripted by director Unnikrishnan, himself.

If the reports are to be true, Mohanlal is playing an ex-cop in the movie. As per the sources close to the project, the role essayed by Vishal was originally written Prithviraj. But the actor couldn't take up the project due to his busy schedule.

The movie will feature an ensemble star cast, including Aju Varghese and Chemban Vinod Jose. The team is yet to reveal the female lead and rest of the star cast of the movie, which is produced by Rockline Venkatesh.

Manoj Paramahamsa, the cinematographer of several popular films including Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya and Nanpan, is the DOP. 4 Musics, the Oppam fame music band composes the songs and background score. Gokul Das handles the art direction.
