Mohanlal's Odiyan: Here Is An Interesting Update

Mohanlal, the actor is all set to play the lead role in Odiyan, the most expensive film ever made in Malayalam movie industry. Now, the team has revealed some interesting details about Odiyan.

The movie directed by ad film-maker Shrikumar Menon, will feature actor-director Prakash Raj as the antagonist. Leading lady Manju Warrier confirmed Prakash Raj's association with the movie through her official Facebook page. recently.

Reportedly, Odiyan depicts the story of love and revenge, in the backdrop of the black magic trick named 'odividya'. The makers claims that Odiyan will be one of the finest fantasy thrillers ever made in the history of Indian Cinema.

Renowned stunt master Peter Hein handles the action choreography, Sreekar Prasad will handle the editing of the movie. M Jayachandran composes the songs and background score. Pulimurugan fame Shaji Kumar is the director of photography.

The team is planning to rope in a few renowned foreign technicians to handle the VFX department of the movie. If the reports are to be true, several popular South Indian and Bollywood stars are the part of the star cast of the movie.

Odiyan will start rolling on May 25 and will be filmed at the various locations of Palakkad, Pollachi, Hyderabad, and Banaras. The team is yet to reveal the actual budget of Odiyan, which is produced by Antony Perumbavoor for Aashirvad Cinemas.
