Mohanlal’s Pulimurugan Overtakes Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan!

Recently, the Mohanlal starrer Pulimurugan completed 100 days of its run in theatres in Kerala. The movie, which completed 40,000 shows in Kerala alone, did set a record in its name.

The movie has been cruising ahead not only in India, but also in gulf countries, as well. Pulimurugan, which was released on November 3, 2016 in UAE/GCC centres, recently completed 75 days of its run over there.

In the due course, the film has overtaken Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan, to become the third most running film at the UAE theatres. Bajrangi Bhaijaan ran for 75 days in the theatres of UAE.

Pulimurugan has crossed the 75 days mark and even after these many days, the film manages to draw huge crowds to the theatres.

Mohanlal starrer Drishyam, which ran for 125 days in UAE theatres is still sitting pretty at the top spot. Hollywood movie Titanic, which completed 110 days of run over there, is at the second spot.

Now, we have to wait and see whether Pulimurugan will be able to break the records of these movies or not.

Meanwhile, Mohanlal starrer Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol has hit the theatres across India. The film is one of the big releases of this year.
